Our preferred method of contact is by email.
The telephone number and an email address are available on the About HyperGraphix page, but I can't always answer the phone and usually the answer is "look on the website" or "send me the materials and I'll give you an estimate."
Please submit all materials for proofreading through either the Business Form or the Essay Form. The forms are designed to give me the needed information to serve you well, and when you check the box for "service agreement" we have a clear contract for service.
Use this form if you have a question that can't be answered in any other way and you don't have a document to submit immediately. I'm available 7 days a week for editing, unless I'm planning a vacation. I will put notices of my vacation dates on the submission pages as early as possible. Other times I disable the submission pages with no notice for a day or two, if I'm just overwhelmed with work. If the submission page is enabled, then I'm available to edit your work. If, for some reason I can't do a job submitted to me, I will reply as soon as possible.
You can use this form to enquire if I can meet your deadline, if you need your essay edited in less than 24 hours, or before midnight Pacific Time today. Please include information about type of essay, length, and level of service.
