For editing services for essays, letters and other documents, fill out the form below.

  1. Send your request for an estimate. Wait for a reply.
  2. We will provide an estimate with instructions on how to pay.
  3. If the estimate is acceptable, then follow the instructions to make payment through PayPal.
  4. After your payment is accepted, we will supply you with an email address to which you will mail your essay.
  5. Receipt of payment and essay will be acknowledged.
  6. Your edited essay will be emailed to you showing all edits using the "Track Changes" tool in MS Word.

This form is to help us to evaluate how much work your essay needs. Let us know what the assignment was. Submit a sample portion of your essay or a writing sample to HGPublishing to review. We will use this review to provide you with an free estimate. We do not write essays for you. When you receive your estimate, you will also receive instructions on how to pay and submit your essay.

Completion of this work will be done by the beginning of the second business day following receipt of notification of payment. (ie: send payment by 5 pm on Monday and your essay will be completed by 9 am Wednesday. All times Pacific Time.)

Rush service is $9 per page for standard level editing. Essays sent by 5 pm returned by 9 am the next business day.

Fees

  • The fee for the regular service is minimum of $25 plus $5 per page for pages after the first 5. (ie: a 3 page essay costs $25, a 5 page essay costs $25, a 6 page essay costs $30, etc.)
  • If your essay requires substantive re-organization or your grammar is particularly poor, the fee may be higher.
  • The maximum fee is $10 per page ($15 including rush charges).
  • Fees are in U.S. dollars (Canadians only can pay in Canadian dollars).
  • A page is measured as 300 words.
  • Processing of payment is through PayPal.com, the world's largest online payment service. Payment is secured; HyperGraphix will not receive your credit card number.

How Does PayPal protect me as a buyer of your service?

PayPal has a dispute mechanism. If you don't receive your service, or it's not up to the standard you expect, they will review your complaint and issue a refund, if appropriate. In four years of using PayPal, I've only had one dispute: that was because someone sent me money before I agreed to do the work. I was in the hospital at the time and was unaware of their payment or emails of complaint. When I got out of the hospital I refunded their money. The case is now closed.
