Here's a sample of an essay paragraph as submitted.

Using the "Track Changes" tool in MS Word, the HyperGraphix editor revises the paragraph. All the changes are kept in the document, so the client can review them at the end of the process. The document returned to the client appears like the one below.

The client can then review the changes one by one, and accept or reject each, or select "Accept All" to save a clean document with all changes. This screen shot is from a Macintosh computer; Windows versions may differ slightly.
